Komando

Komando.rs is a complete platform for running a modern gym — memberships, package tracking, class reservations, attendance, and payments — all in one place. The starting point was a typical local gym duct-taping together spreadsheets, an old POS, and Instagram DMs. Owners needed to know which packages were active, which classes were filling up, and how much money was actually coming in this week.

What we built

We modeled the business around three primary entities: members, packages, and sessions. Memberships can be open-ended, period-based, or visit-capped; classes have schedules, capacity, instructors, and waitlists. The reservation flow on the member side is intentionally short — pick a class, confirm, done. On the owner side, a dashboard surfaces live capacity, churn signals, and revenue trends.

Payments are handled through integrated card processing with automatic invoice generation. We also implemented a self-service member portal so people can manage their own bookings and renewals without messaging the front desk.

Why it matters

The owner went from spending evenings reconciling cash to running the gym from a single screen. Members stopped showing up to full classes. Front-desk staff stopped re-typing the same membership data.
