GetData

GetData is a data marketplace that connects organizations holding valuable datasets with companies building AI products, analytics dashboards, and decision intelligence tools. The platform serves a fundamentally two-sided market: data providers need a way to license their assets without losing control, and data consumers need confidence that what they license is clean, well-documented, and legally compliant.

What we built

We delivered an end-to-end platform covering dataset listing, preview, licensing, access control, and usage analytics. Providers can publish datasets with rich metadata, schema descriptions, and sample previews. Consumers browse, filter by domain and quality signals, request access, and integrate via secure API endpoints once a license is approved.

The backbone is a multi-tenant architecture with role-based access, signed download URLs, and audit logging on every read. We paid particular attention to the healthcare vertical, where additional compliance constraints around de-identification and consent had to be modeled directly into the data lifecycle.

Why it matters

For data owners the platform turns dormant assets into revenue. For AI teams it removes weeks of vendor due diligence. Both sides win when discovery, trust, and access are handled by the same surface — and that is what GetData provides.
